We train our Security Staff before they are deployed on duty. | |

We have 3 different sources of recruitment:- | |
|
a.
|
Fresh Direct Entry Candidates – Ex-Schools / Colleges seeking employment in the Security Profession. We recruit candidates, who are 10th std pass, Physically fit, mentally alert have an aptitude and Security consciousness and in the age group of 18 -28 years. Their antecedents are verified. These recruits are then detailed on basic ground training involving drill movements, Physical fitness and there after put through endurance tests. The trainees further undergo training on subjects related to Security matters. The trainees are also put through fire fighting and first aid courses. |

Trained Security Guards – Lateral shift from other establishments. These candidates are thoroughly screened and appointed on various grades on their merits. Their antecedents are verified. The candidates are then put through short term capsule training on Security First Aid & Fire Fighting. |

| c. | Ex-Service men who take up employment after discharge from service are given small orientation course. | |
|
|
||
| 3. | We have basic/ regular and refresher courses training programmes designed to suite each of the above category of personnel recruited into our organization. | |
| 4. | The lateral entry candidates and the Ex-Servicemen undergo a crash course of shorter duration. | |
|
|
||
| 5. | The training Team are an experienced lot consisting of Ex-servicemen who were on the instructional faculty in the Defence Institutes. | |
